Praan Health is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and safeguard your information when you access Praan Everyday (everyday.praan.health) or its Services. By using Praan Everyday, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Information — name, phone number, email address, and (only if you order resistance bands) your delivery address.
• Payment Information — your membership fee and any add-on purchases are processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment and the order details, not your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Technical & Usage Data — IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and browsing activity on our site.
• Attribution Data — the campaign, ad, or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters or a click ID), used to understand which channels are working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Delivering your class — to enroll you, send your daily class link on WhatsApp, and give you access to the live session and its recording.
• Shipping — if you order resistance bands, to ship them to the address you provide and keep you updated on delivery.
• Payments & billing — to process payments and maintain billing records.
• Analytics & improvement — to understand engagement and improve the class and this site.
• Legal & compliance — to meet our obligations under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and to respond to lawful requests.
• Communication — to send class reminders, support messages, and (with your consent) promotional content.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share your information only with the service providers who help us run Praan Everyday — our payment processor (Razorpay), our WhatsApp messaging provider (for class links and confirmations), our courier partner (only if you order resistance bands), and our hosting and analytics providers (including Vercel, Google Analytics, and Meta). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and may use your data only to provide their service to us. We do not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, except where legally required.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on secure servers within India, with encryption applied in transit and at rest.
• Access is role-based and limited to what's needed to run the class and support you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your membership and payment records for as long as required under applicable Indian tax and financial record-keeping laws. Marketing and attribution data is retained for up to 90 days. Inactive accounts may be anonymised or deleted once these obligations have been met.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, review, and update your personal information at any time. You may withdraw consent to data processing, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations), or opt out of promotional communications. 7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Meta) to improve site functionality, understand engagement, and measure which campaigns bring members to Praan Everyday. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though some features may not function properly without them.

8. Children’s Privacy

Praan Everyday is designed for adults (18+). If you are under 18, you may only use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. International Access

If you are accessing Praan Everyday from outside India, your data is processed and stored in India. Where any cross-border transfer is necessary — for example, through our hosting or analytics providers’ global infrastructure — we ensure adequate safeguards through contractual protections and encryption.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
