Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Praan Healthtech Private Limited (“Praan”, “Praan Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Praan Everyday (everyday.praan.health), a daily group movement class, and any related products such as our resistance bands (together, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or enrolling in Praan Everyday, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Praan Everyday

Praan Everyday is a daily, trainer-led group fitness class covering strength, balance, and mobility, delivered live at 6:00–7:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, with the same session available as a recording until 5:00 AM the next class day. Your class link is sent on WhatsApp each class day.

Praan Everyday is a general fitness programme. It is not a medical or clinical service, and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (Dial 112).

2. Eligibility

You may use our Services if you are at least 18 years of age, or if a parent or guardian enrols on your behalf with their informed consent. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Membership

Your membership gives you access to Praan Everyday’s live daily class and its recording for the duration you’ve paid for, at the price and term confirmed at checkout. Praan Health reserves the right to revise pricing for new enrolments and renewals — a price change never applies retroactively to a membership you’ve already paid for.

Class timing, format, or trainer may occasionally change for operational reasons — where possible, we’ll notify members in advance on WhatsApp.

4. Physical Activity Risk

All physical activity carries inherent risk, including muscle soreness, strain, injury, or discomfort. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury or surgery, consult a physician before starting Praan Everyday. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or unusual discomfort.

No Guarantee of Results. Fitness outcomes vary between individuals and depend on consistency, existing health, and personal effort. Praan Health does not guarantee specific fitness or health results.

5. Liability Waiver & Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary.
• Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, even when following instructions correctly.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Praan Healthtech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates from liability for any physical injury, illness, discomfort, or adverse outcome arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Praan Health.
• Praan Health’s liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the total fees you paid for your current membership.

6. Payments

Membership fees are payable upfront via our payment partner, Razorpay. Fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Resistance Bands & Other Physical Goods

If you order resistance bands or other physical add-ons, you’re responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We’ll ship your order after payment is confirmed; delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner. If your item arrives damaged or defective, write to support@praan.health within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement. Equipment is provided as a fitness accessory only, with no medical claims attached to its use.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Before your first class: if you cancel before attending your first live or recorded session, write to support@praan.health and we’ll refund your membership fee, minus any payment gateway charges.
• After your first class: once you’ve attended a live or recorded session, the membership is treated as commenced and is non-refundable, regardless of how much of the term is used.
• Resistance bands and other physical goods are non-refundable once shipped, except where the item arrives damaged or defective (see Section 7).
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.

9. Communication

Praan Everyday’s primary communication channel is WhatsApp — this is how your daily class link and any updates are sent. Support is available at support@praan.health, and we aim to respond within 24–36 hours.

10. Intellectual Property

All class content, including live sessions and recordings, is owned by or licensed to Praan Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. You may use this content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Recording, reproducing, or redistributing class sessions without prior written permission is not permitted.

11. Termination

Praan Health may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, if the Services are misused, or if continued participation poses a safety risk. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless specified under Section 8.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
